Gluten Free Chicken Divan

Well 20 days is better than 2 months away from writing! Once I posted that I was going to write more, my body said no and threw me all sorts of health problems! Isn’t that just the best? But now I am feeling much better and I can finally write about my trip to Pennsylvania.

I always complain about the drive to PA, but there was no complaints on this trip. I was so excited to see everyone that once I started the car, there was no stopping. I mean, I had to get gas but still. Once I was there, Kelly and I got caught up and the next day we went to Michael’s for his birthday/excuse to have a party 😛 Seriously though, I was so happy to be back with everyone. Writing about it now makes me want to go back to school… Less than a month. Kelly and I took a fantastic tap class that night. I’m not the best tapper, but I like to try and it was good to brush out the cobwebs. Then we headed back to Michael’s, sort of. I guess I’m just a New England girl at heart and always want to go back North 😉 We stopped at Starbucks to order off the “secret menu”. Crossed that off the bucket list! Doing some catching up

Do you ever feel like life just speeds up ahead of you and you can’t help but run along to keep up? That has been the feeling since I got home from college. 

Since I last posted, I have

  • gotten a second job
  • made new recipes
  • hung out with my siblings
  • worked on my Summer Bucket List

Things I have NOT done include,

  • sleep
  • blogging
  • dance
  • worked out
  • hung out with my friends

Life seriously just takes off and I don’t know how to keep up! I thought that having this blog would help keep life on track, but nope. It has been pushed to the very back burner along with the above list. But it’s time to change that. I need to get my life back on track and this is the first step, I think. Continue reading
